As bacterial agents may be exposed to penicillin acid, it is advisable to prevent taking tetracycline with penicillin.

Oral Retinoids

It has been reported from pseudotumor cerebri (intracranial hypertension) with concomitant use of isotretinoin and tetracyclines. Since both oral retinoids, such as isotretinoin and aitrine, and tetracyclines, mainly minosylcinnus, can increase intracranial pressure, co-administration of retinoid and tetracycline.

Tetracycline and methoxy fluoride have been reported to cause lethal toxicity in the kidney.

Low oral antidiabetic medicines

Doxycycline may be low in the effectiveness of oral contraceptives. To prevent congestive failure, women are advised to use the second method of contraception during the treatment with doxycycline.

Doxycycline may be encountered with penicillin and should not be combined with penicillins. It may also reduce the effect of oral contraceptives. The combination of tetracycline and penthrane may reduce renal function.

Phenytoin (divalentin), carbamazepine (tritolol) and barbiturates (such as phenobarbital) may increase the metabolism of doxycycline, making it less effective.Doxycycline may increase the activity of warfarin (yantown, coumadin) and cause blood thinning in the blood, resulting in excess bleeding and the need to reduce the dose of warfarin.
