Anoro Ellipta: Side Effects, How to Use, Warnings

What is Anoro Ellipta

Anoro Ellipta is used to prevent airflow obstruction or bronchospasm in people with COPD (chronic lung disease). ANORO ELLIPTA is an inhalation powder drug product for delivery of a combination of umeclidinium (an anticholinergic) and vilanterol (a LABA) to patients by oral inhalation.

Anoro is an inhaler powder that combines umeclidinium and vilanterol. Umeclidinium is anticholinergic. Vilanterol is a bronchodilator. These medications work by relaxing the muscles in the airways to improve breathing. Umeclidinium bromide has the chemical name 1-[2-(benzyloxy) ethyl]-4- (hydroxydiphenylmethyl)-1-azoniabicyclo [2.2.2] octane bromide

Anoro can also be used for the purposes not listed in this medication guide.

How to use Anoro Ellipta

Anoro is a powder that is made up of an Ellipta inhaler that is made up of packets containing measured values of the drug. The Ellipta machine opens an Anor toner every time you use inhalation. Follow the patient's instructions provided with the inhalation device.

Anoro is not a rescue medicine. This will not work enough to treat the Bronchus sperm attack. Just use a quick inhaler to attack. Tell your doctor if you stop either of your medications in controlling your COPD. To avoid dosing, do not cover until the medication is consumed. You may or may not have the taste / feel of the drug when you are inhaled. Do not expose the machine.

6 weeks after pulling out of the foil bag, pull the compressor, or if the dose marker is zero, each one is the first one. Use this medication regularly to benefit more from it. Use it at the same time every day. Do not use it more than once a day.

Take this medication in the form of a mouthpiece, usually once a day. Open the cover of the doctor so that you cannot use it. Each time you open the cover, you will be given a dose. If you open the package without closing the dose and closing it, you will lose your dose

Do not increase your dose, take more than this medicine or do not use it before consulting your doctor. Your condition will not improve faster and the risk of your side effects increases.

Dosage of Anoro Ellipta

ANORO ELLIPTA (umeclidinium / vilanterol 62.5 micrograms / 25 micrograms) should be taken once daily by inhalation only by oral inhalation.

For elderly patients, patients with renal impairment or patients with moderate hepatic impairment do not need to adjust the dose.

ANORO ELLIPTA should be used at same time. Do not use ANORO ELLIPTA more than 1 time every 24 hours.

Symptoms of over dose

Over dosage treatment involves discontinuing ANORO ELLIPTA with inadequate symptom and / or supportive care. Due to the fact that this drug can produce bronchospatics, cautious use of the beta-receptor blocker is essential. Heart control is recommended in overdose cases.

ANORO ELLIPTA includes both umeclidinium and vilanterol; therefore, the over dosage risks for the individual components described below are applied to the ANORO ELLIPTA.

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors and triangular anticancer drugs

Like other beta-2 agonists, Vilanterol should be treated with caution in patients treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors, triangular antidepressants or drugs that increase the duration of QTc, or within 2 weeks of discontinuation of the same drugs, Because the effect of adrenergic agonists in the cardiovascular system may be enhanced by these agents.
