This medicine is used to treat a specific disease of the blood (thrombocytopenic erupo pepourae (ITP), in which the blood does not properly clot due to the lack of platelets.) Platelets are a type of blood vessel needed to form blood clots and prevent Romiplostim reduces the risk of bleeding by increasing platelet count.
