Mothers waiting for babies are exposed to antidepressants for sedation and respiratory depression.

Antidepressants pass through the pairs. Long-term use of drugs during pregnancy can cause addiction in newborns and infants shortly after birth, the physical dependency on neonatal and neonatal addiction syndrome. The use of hydrocodone during childbirth may lead to respiratory depression in a newborn baby. Acetaminophen is not associated with congenital congenital malformations, although animal studies have shown adverse effects in relevant clinical doses. Epidemiological data are not accurately reported in relation to oral acetaminophen and congenital defects, abortions or adverse outcomes of the mother or the embryo when used during pregnancy, but due to the methodological limitations Cannot determine without any special risk. Starting, duration and severity of the situation is different depending on the use of the mother (duration of use, time and amount of last use) and the rate of elimination in the newborns..

In pregnant rats, administration of oral drugs at doses up to 0.88 times the maximum daily human dose (MHDD) during organogenesis, food toxicity (loss of fetal weight and length), and increased dose dependence in bone changes (decreased osteoporosis and early regimen changes) was observed. Immature rats in the liver and kidney of pregnant and embryonic rats were exposed to pregnant women during pregnancy at a dose of 1.2 times the maximum daily human dose. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy.

FDA Pregnancy Category C: Animal reproduction studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential profit may be due to medicine use in pregnant women, despite potential risks.
