How to use Meclizine?

Chewable pills should be chewed before you swallow it.

Take this medicine with or without food.

To prevent motion sickness, about 1 hour before traveling or activating activities that cause illness, it will be around 1 in the morning. You can take your dose once every 24 hours while traveling to prevent further motor illnesses.
